Nobody behind bbw-cams.com films, photographs, orders or stores sexually explicit pictures or footage, real or simulated. What you see under this domain is prose, a few code-drawn shapes and outgoing links.

Once a visitor presses Start, the home page may show a video chat window. The window and every stream in it arrive straight from Coomeet, a separate company; we pick nothing, edit nothing, record nothing and keep nothing of it.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 the operator of bbw-cams.com is therefore not a producer of any kind, primary or secondary, so the record-keeping duties in those rules do not attach to this site.

Who keeps the records
