DMCA Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026

Every sentence on bbw-cams.com was written for it, and no photo or video is uploaded here. The chat window that can open on the start page streams from Coomeet and never passes through our storage. Should you still spot something that uses work you own or represent, send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Contents of a valid notice

Use the Support form with the topic “A copyright claim” and give us:

  1. a signature, physical or electronic, by the rights holder or a person entitled to sign for them;
  2. which work is affected (for several works, a representative list is enough);
  3. the exact URL on bbw-cams.com where it shows up;
  4. contact details for our reply, preferably an email address;
  5. your good faith belief that neither the owner, nor its agent, nor the law permits the use;
  6. your confirmation that everything in the notice is correct and, under penalty of perjury, that you may act for the rights holder.

Complete notices lead to the material being switched off while we check the claim. Incomplete ones get a reply listing what is missing.

Counter notice

Think something of yours came down in error? Answer through the same form with a counter notice containing your signature; what was removed and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that it was taken down by mistake or misidentification; your name, postal address and phone number; and a declaration that you accept the jurisdiction of the federal district court covering your address. The original sender receives a copy. Without notice of a lawsuit inside 10 to 14 business days, the content can be restored.

Content stored elsewhere

Video inside the chat window and profiles on linked cam platforms live on those companies’ servers. Takedown requests for that material belong with the platform in question, which names its own copyright contact.

Possible abuse of minors

That is never a copyright matter. Report it at once to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org, 1-800-843-5678), then tell us, and every link of ours that leads there is removed.
